About Offshore Properties and how we work

Our core business is concerned with brokering residential real estate. We pride ourselves on working efficiently and transparently, and above all selling property fast. We do this through very precisely designed marketing campaigns, a large referral network and close relationships with all our clients.
The quality of our marketing collateral is always a key element of any campaign. Getting this right requires considerable research, site visits and design input.

We consequently like to become involved with producing this marketing collateral from the beginning of each project. We believe that developers/vendors should concentrate on their business objectives and that there should be mutual cooperation to identify, implement and manage a sales and marketing solution which achieves total sales absorption in the shortest possible time.

Sales

Offshore Properties operate a full service sales management organization that can operate as a developer's sales team as well as a real estate brokerage firm. Where necessary we can provide developers with a complete sales team to manage onsite sales or simply collaborate with an existing developer sales team.

We work with developers on a commission basis that ties the majority of our compensation to the project's success. This arrangement positions us as a partner of the developer and ensures everyone works together as a team to maximize our collective success.

Our sales management software is a highly customized system and underpins all sales and marketing activities at Offshore Properties.

This system allows us to track prospects from first contact through the entire sales process generating a multitude of reports and client profiles for analysis by the project team.

Through secure login and password developers/vendors have real time remote access to sales progress and are able to obtain statistical analysis on any information contained within the database e.g. total amount of units sold, number of leads generated, lead conversion rates/ratios etc.

Our marketing campaigns are individually designed for each project that we undertake. Typically we will consult and become involved in the following areas:

We have an extensive creative team through which we can manage any level of marketing initiative. From the initial marketing plan and creative identity to sales centre design to brochure design and production, we develop integrated marketing strategies and materials that generate measurable results. Our team's extensive experience in the real estate industry allows them to manage and successfully execute the high impact, fast-paced programs required for a property launch. All with the greatest attention to detail and all delivered on tight deadlines. Unlike many advertising agencies, we understand that it's more important to generate leads that convert to sales than to win marketing awards.

Event Services & Exhibitions

We have an excellent track record in designing events and exhibitions for a huge variety of projects. Previous events have included cocktail evenings and national seminar campaigns designed for investment based products.

We have enormous experience in the design and management of exhibitions whether these are independent exhibitions organized exclusively by OP for OP or large international events.


Administration & Financial Services 

There is an enormous amount of administration created by selling property and mismanagement in this area can lead to payment delays and potentially to sales falling through.

Again, managed by our software, OPs administration staff are always in control of each client's particular conveyance and are automatically notified when payments are due or become late.

This greatly assists developer cash flow and provides another level of control on any project in which we are involved.

We are also able to offer clients professional financial advice through our in house IFA.
