We were last on site 2 weeks ago and were fortunate to have good weather allowing us to appreciate the superb views afforded by this elevated position overlooking Bansko's main town. There are very few developments in Bansko which have a 360 degree view of both the Pirin Mountains, Bansko town and beyond. In addition, the development also benefits from having a very low density of buildable areas surrounding the site due to proximity of the national park tree line.
Over the past 12 months, there has been a departure from the view that being as close to the lift as possible is of primary importance - probably due to the level of building around that area. This feeling very much meets with our view of Paradiso Verde's location sitting just 600m away from the gondola station there is a genuine feeling of space and tranquillity, but at the same time you are still within minutes from the main town. To give an idea of distance it took us 3 minutes by car (or shuttle bus once operational) to get to the Kempinski Hotel from site.
The facilities and specification are also of the highest calibre with a great variety of amenities (see below). Furthermore, all apartments come fully furnished including ski lockers and storage - this can often add an additional 6-10% onto your purchase price.

During the summer months, the complex can offer luxury to its owners and their guests, facilities to golfers, as well as hospitality to business people. The management intend to market the resort throughout the summer months to businesses holding training days and conferences.
For the convenience of the owners, Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence have a centralized management, which includes maintenance and letting services. The maintenance is paid for in the form of an annual charge according to the type of the apartment (studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom), irrespective of its area:
For a studio– 400 euro per year;
For one-bedroom apartment-600 euro per year;
For two-bedroom apartment-800 euro per year.
The maintenance charge allows the apartment owners a free use of the fitness centre, the swimming pools and sauna, the steam and Russian baths, as well as the Shuttle to the ski-lift.
Thus, by acquiring a property in the holiday complex, you invest in a private apartment in a luxury hotel complex.
